Moving in
We will move your records in for $599
One flat number, quoted before you pay it, and done by the people who wrote the importer. You never have to buy it, because every plan imports your own files for nothing. It is here for when you would rather hand over the shoebox.

Up to three files, about five thousand rows, and one prior season. Carrying more history than that? Tell us what you have and we will quote that too, before you pay it.
For comparison, the closest general-purpose donor CRM starts a little less per month, and does not move your data for you. Its own documentation says as much. It does not migrate data in-house. You do the import yourself, or you hire someone from the consultant network it refers you to, where a setup project runs between $1,000 and $6,000.

Before you decide
The four things people ask us at this point
Why sixty days, when everyone else gives thirty?
Because one concert is not a season. A fair trial of an audience book has to hold one whole arc, meaning the announcement, the house, the thank-yous and the follow-ups. Thirty days cannot.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Fay tells you which ceiling you have reached, what the next plan raises it to, and stops accepting new records of that one kind. Nothing already in your database is ever locked away from you.
Can I leave?
Any day, from the billing page, without emailing anybody. Every list exports to CSV first, filtered exactly as you see it. We would rather you left cleanly than stayed because it was difficult.
Is the free plan a trap?
Solo is a real plan with the whole product in it, capped at one user, 250 people and one season. Plenty of small organizations will never need more, and that is a fine outcome.
